1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the JWrite app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

JWrite is a note-taking application that allows users to:

  • Create and manage notes for meetings, assemblies, and conventions
  • Detect and look up Bible scripture references in real time
  • Access event programs for conventions and assemblies
  • Sync notes across devices (JWrite Pro)

3. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer

JWrite is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Watch Tower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania or any of its related entities. All trademarks and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

4. JWrite Pro Subscription

JWrite offers a premium subscription (JWrite Pro) with additional features:

  • The subscription costs €19.99 per year
  • Payment is processed through your App Store or Google Play account
  • The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your device settings

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all notes and content you create in JWrite. We do not claim any rights over your content. Your notes are stored locally on your device by default, and on our secure servers if you enable cloud sync.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
  • Copy, modify, or distribute app content
  • Use bots or automated systems to access the app
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the app

7. Scripture Data

JWrite includes Bible scripture data for reference purposes. Scripture texts are provided as-is from publicly available translations. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness of all scripture data.

8. Limitation of Liability

JWrite is provided "as is". We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or reliance on app content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or via email.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
